What is a Director Service Address?

A Director Service Address is the address listed on Companies House for company directors. It's publicly visible, so using our service protects your personal address from appearing on public records. This is separate from the company's registered office and is specifically for director privacy.

Are the Registered Office, Director Service Address and Virtual Office separate services?

Yes. Our Registered Office, Director Service Address and Virtual Office are three separate services, and purchasing one does not automatically include the others. The Registered Office is for your company's official Companies House address and the relevant company government/statutory correspondence covered by that service. The Director Service Address is for a director's Companies House service address and the relevant official correspondence associated with that service. The Virtual Office is for general business correspondence and business-address use, such as customer and supplier mail, website use, marketing materials and stationery. If you require more than one of these functions, the relevant services must be purchased separately.

What ID documents do I need to provide?

We use Simplified ID, a fully regulated identity verification provider. You'll download the app and complete the verification process securely. We also require valid proof of ID and address for all persons on the account under UK AML legislation.

How is mail handled?

For Registered Office and Director Service Address, we handle government mail only (HMRC, Companies House). Mail is scanned and emailed to you within one working day, then securely shredded after 5 days. Virtual Office includes all business mail handling with up to 40 pages scanned per month.

Do you accept parcels?

No, we do not accept parcels or bulky packages for any of our address services. We handle standard letters and documents only. Any parcels received will be returned to sender; a handling or disposal fee may apply.
