Discontinuation of Company Incorporation Services

We would like to inform our valued clients that as of 10th February 2025, we have ceased providing company incorporation services.

This decision has been made due to changes in regulations for company formation agents, along with our own strategic business direction. As a result, we will no longer offer this service now or in the future.

However, you can still incorporate your company directly through Companies House or use another company formation provider of your choice.
